A bid to hold the 2023 Westercon at the Doubletree by Hilton Phoenix Tempe in Tempe, AZ in 2023. The bid is sponsored by the Western Science Fiction Association and the Central Arizona Speculative Fiction Society and co-chaired by Hal C. F. Astell and Mark Boniece.
