Smofcon 10 was held Apr 23-25, 1993 at the Hotel de France in Jersey, Channel Islands, UK. It was chaired by Tim Illingworth.
Holding the first overseas Smofcon in the Spring (with two in one year) was an experiment which did not work. The idea was to hold it a week later at the same site as Helicon, the 1993 Eastercon.
