Secondary Universe IV was held October 8-11, 1971 in Toronto, Canada. It was largely organized by the Spaced Out Library. The organizing committee included Judith Merril, Darko Suvin, Peter Fitting, Peter Gill, John Percy and John Millard.
It appears to have been much more sercon and adademic than the earlier conferences.
