Rustycon 3 was held January 17-19 1986 at the Executive Inn in Seattle, WA. The GoH was Vonda N. McIntyre, the Artist GoH was Ilene Meyer, and Judy Suryan was Fan GoH. It was chaired by Teresa L. Primrose.
