Australian pro. Co-editor, with Jenny Blackford, John Foyster, Yvonne Rousseau, Lucy Sussex, and Janeen Webb, of Australian Science Fiction Review (second series), which was published by a small press, Ebony Books, run by him and his partner, Jenny Blackford. Co-author, with Van Ikin and Sean McMullen, of Strange Constellations: A History of Australian Science Fiction. With others, he produced Contrary Modes, the proceedings of Aussiecon II.
