A convention held in the Tri-Cities area of Washington State since 1992.

Its unusual numbering convention (1, 1A, 1B, 1C, 2, 2A, ...) has to do with leap years. As the first RadCon occurred over a leap weekend, the number increases every leap year.

The con presents the John W. Dalmas Award, named in honor of the author, for service to the RadCon community.
