A fanzine published by Phyllis Economou of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Phyllis's home was well known as a social center for Milwaukee fandom, and she regularly sponsored Christmas parties and other such gatherings there.
No verifications have been found for issues numbered 21 to 29, and the numbering of issue #30 may be artificial. The fractional issues "1/2" and "3/4" may have substituted for an issue #2, and no verifications have been found of a separate issue numbered "2".
