People Points

Conrunners often have to balance finances with goodwill in the community and the efforts of their volunteers, often referred to as people points. Doing something with volunteers might save money, but burn up their people points, so they aren't willing to do anything else for the convention.
People points are part of the scoring system for the If I Ran the Z/o/o/ Con game.
