Penulticon '79 was held May 25-28, 1979 at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Denver, CO. The GoHs were C. J. Cherryh and Samuel R. Delany, and the FGoHs were Don Thompson and Maggie Thompson. Ed Bryant was toastmaster.
It was held simultaneously with Ghengiscon, a wargaming convention, and memberships were valid for both.
