OKon 13

OKon 13 was a convention held at the Camelot Hotel in Tulsa, OK in 1990. The GoH was Hal Clement, the Artist GoH was Tom Kidd, the Fan GoH was Brad Sinor, the Filk GoH was Mark Simmons and the Special Guest was Elizabeth Ann Scarborough.

The toastmaster was David Lee Anderson and over 1300 people attended.
