Norwescon XXIII was held April 20-23, 2000 at the DoubleTree Hotel in SeaTac, WA. The GoHs were David Brin and Gregory Benford, the Artist Guest was Barclay Shaw, the Fan GoHs were Bjo and John Trimble. It was chaired by Pat Booze, the Spotlighted Publisher was Harper Collins and Eos (represented by Jennifer Brehl) and attendance was 2765.
