Necon 19

Necon 19 was a convention held in 1999 at Roger Williams University near Providence, RI. The GoHs were Kim Newman, Thomas Tessier, and Mike Mignola. The toastmaster was Rick Hautala, the Roastee was Chet Williamson, the Necon Legend was Paul Dobish, and it was chaired by Dan Booth.
