Necon 18

Necon 18 was a convention held in 1998 at Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. The GoHs were Jack Ketchum, Neil Gaiman, and Cortney Skinner. The toastmaster was Christopher Golden, the Roastee was [[ Stephen Bissette]], the Necon Legend was Darrell Schweitzer, and it was chaired by Dan Booth.
