Necon, the North East Regional Horror & Fantasy Convention or possibly the North-East Writer's Conference, (its name seems to have mutated to Camp Necon) is a small, mainly horror-oriented convention held on the Roger Williams College campus in Bristol, RI. It tends to be sercon. It was founded by Bob Booth.
