MosCon VIII was a convention held September 19-21, 1986 at Cavanaugh's Hotel in Moscow, ID. The GoHs were Dean Ing (author), Rob Quigley (scientist), Michael Goodwin (artist), and Bryce Walden (fan).
It was chaired by Chris Nilsson.
