Minicon 5 was held October 15-17, 1971 at the Andrews Hotel in Minneapolis. (Minicon 4 was also in 1971 and this Minicon is also called a Fallcon.) There was no GoH (as far known), but starting with about Minicon 10, the program book traditionally Volsted Gridban is listed as such.

Louis Fallert (aka Blue Petal) was chairman and attendance was about 100. Its motto was "The Genghiscon!"
