Millenium Fallcon, a Minn-Stf Fallcon, was also Ditto 12. It was held October 29-31, 1999, at the Radisson Metrodome in Minneapolis, MN. (Yes, it was spelled "Millenium," though no one remembers if that was intentional.)
One of the features of Millenium Fallcon was that the end of Daylight Saving Time returned the hour lost to Minneapolis Fandom during Minicon 34 earlier that year.
It was a mostly relaxacon, but there was some Ditto programming. Pre-registration was 87.
