A convention held in Leicester in the UK over Easter 1943. There was no GoH. The committee was R. R. Johnson, Don Houston, Art Williams, A. W. Gardner, Ralph E. Orme, J. Michael Rosenblum, Tom Hughes, Art Busby.

A second Midvention was held September 1–2, 1944, with a similar cast of characters.
