A successful bid to bring the Worldcon to Melbourne, VIC in 1985 for Aussiecon Two. It was born out of the failed Australia in '83 bid and won an uncontested bid at Constellation. See 1985 Worldcon Site Selection for details.

It was also known as Australia in '85.

The initial committee was John Foyster (who chaired it), Christine Ashby (Treasurer), Peter Darling (Secretary), David Grigg (newsletter editor), Derrick Ashby, and Paul Stevens.

Newsletter: The Antipodean Announcer. John Foyster published the bidzine Kanga Ruse for it.
