William Gregg Calkins was a fan active primarily in the 50s and 60s in Utah and the Bay Area, but more recently in Costa Rica. He was a member of FAPA until at least the 90s. He had the Starflame Publications publishing house, was a player in The Purple Pastures at Pittcon in 1960, and published the respected fanzine Oopsla! in 1952-1961. He was a member of FAPA and served as its president in the early 80s.
