Super-Con-Duck-Tivity presents three awards each year.

The Picture Book Award is presented for science fiction books written for very young children. The Eleanor Cameron Award for Middle Grades is given for science fiction books aimed at children between second and sixth grade. The Hal Clement Young Adult Award is given for science fiction books aimed at sixth through twelfth grades. On occasion, the group presents Special Awards for works or individuals who do not fit in any of the standard categories.

The awards have been presented annually by the organization, which also runs Chicago's DucKon convention, since 1992.
