Frank Stodolka is a Minneapolis fan who found fandom by reading a letter by Rick Norwood in the comic Strange Adventures. With Fred Haskell, he began the organization of a new club in Minneapolis, eventually resulting in Minn-StF.

He was one of the Floundering Fathers of Minn-StF, the first President, and remains a member. He has been credited as one of the chairs of Minicon 1.

Usually in collaboration with others, he published the fanzines and apazines, A Happy One Shot For Apa45, Lunatic Nightly, Lunatic Bi-Nightly, Lunatic Quarterly, Out of the Spittoon, and Rune.
