Frank R. Prieto, Jr. was a New York fan in the 1950s through the 1970s.

At one time he was the circulation manager of the sercon fanzine Science Fiction Times, edited/published by James V. Taurasi, Jr. It received nominations for the 1957 Best Fanzine Hugo (which it won) as well as for the 1959 Best Fanzine Hugo, and the 1960 Best Fanzine Hugo. He was also Business manager of Convention Annual. He was a Fellow of NESFA.
