Frank R. Prieto, Jr., was a New York fan in the 1950s through the 1970s.

At one time, he was the circulation manager of the sercon fanzine Science Fiction Times, edited and published by James V. Taurasi. It received nominations for the 1957 Best Fanzine Hugo (which it won) as well as for the 1959 Best Fanzine Hugo, and the 1960 Best Fanzine Hugo. He was also business manager of Convention Annual and part of the Faircon committee.

Prieto was a commander of the Fantasy Veterans Association and an editor of its clubzine. He was a Fellow of NESFA, and part of Neofund.

In the 1960s, he owned a VW bus and carried fans to cons in it.
