A proposed regional-sized convention to be held in LA over Memorial Day weekend 1981 to coincide with the LA World's Fair. Committee: Craig Miller, Fred Patten, Bill Warren, Bruce Pelz, Milt Stevens.
It does not seem to have actually happened.
