Edgar Allan Martin was a fan living in Connecticut who published Bobliquep (for FAPA), Contributor, Crotesquette, Grotesque, and Satyric (for FAPA). He was also a member of AAPA, BAPA, N'APA, and UAPA. He was active from the early 40s to the early 60s, at least.
