DeepSouthCon 8 (called Agacon '70) was a convention held August 14–16, 1970 at the Howell House Hotel in Atlanta, GA. The GoH was Sam Moskowitz.

There were 130 members and Glen Brock was chairman. Irwin Koch won the Rebel Award and Richard C. Meredith won the Phoenix Award. The MC was Richard C. Meredith.
