DeepSouthCon 29 was a convention held June 7-9, 1991 in conjunction with Concat III in Knoxville, TN. It was chaired by Chloie Airoldi and Mandy Pack. GoH: Charles Grant, Artist GoH: Doug Chaffee, Fan GoH: Ken Moore, Special Guests: Mercedes Lackey and Larry Dixon. The Toastmaster was Andrew J. Offutt.

Samanda b Jeude won the Rebel Award and Charles Grant won the Phoenix Award. The Rubble Award went to Ken Moore "for having the ugliest knees in fandom."
