DeepSouthCon 19, AKA B'hamacon II, was held August 28-30, 1981 at the Birmingham Hilton and Conference Center in in Birmingham, AL. Bob Shaw was GoH and Hank Reinhardt was Fan GoH.

Attendance was 342. Chairman: Jim Gilpatrick. Dick Lynch and Nicki Lynch won the Rebel Award while Mary Elizabeth Counselman won the phoenix Award. Jerry Page was MC.
