An American sf artist working in games and cover art.

He is a past president of ASFA (and did a lot to turn it into a viable organization) and led the effort to create the Chesley Awards. He is the brother of the C. J. Cherryh ("Cherry" is the original spelling of the last name of the family). He was educated as a lawyer, but after a time moved from the law into art.
