Conalope (which was Westercon 70) (and which was also LepreCon 43) was held July 1-4, 2017 at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel in Tempe, AZ. The GoHs were Julie Dillon, Tom Deadstuff (local artist GoH), Larry Elmore, Connie Willis, Gini Koch (local author), Henry Vanderbilt (science), Val Ontell, Ron Ontell, and Tim Griffin. Additionally, Bjo and John Trimble were Special Media GoHs .

The toastmaster was Weston Ochse, it was chaired by Dee Astell and it was sponsored by LepreCon, Inc.. It is reported to have been the largest LepreCon ever.
