Con*Stellation III: Ursa Major was a convention held October 19-21, 1984 at the Sheraton (University Drive) in Huntsville, AL. The GoHs were Gordon R. Dickson, Mark Maxwell (Artist GoH), "Uncle Timmy" Bolgeo (Fan GoH), and Maurine Dorris (Fan GoH).

Frank Kelly Freas was MC and it was chaired by Nelda Kennedy and Mark Paulk.

Bolgeo and Dorris were billed as "Beauty and the Beast" after they mutually suggested the he was "Beauty" and she was "Beast."
