Chattacon XII was a convention held January 16-18, 1987 at Reed House in Chattanooga, TN. The Author GoHs were Larry Niven and Christopher Stasheff, the Artist GoH was David A. Cherry, the Fan GoHs were Beth Willinger and Walt Baric, and the Special Guest was Timothy Zahn. The convention was chaired by Robert Zielke the toastmaster was Wilson "Bob" Tucker. Registration (1027) was famously slow.
