Chattacon V was a convention held January 4-6, 1980 at the Sheraton Downtown Hotel in Chattanooga, TN. The GoH was Joan Vinge, Hal Clement was Special Guest.
Bob Tucker was toastmaster and it was to feature "The Last Whole Earth Bob Tucker Roast." Cliff Amos was listed as MC. It was chaired by Dick Lynch and attendance was 472.
