Capclave 2021 was a convention held October 1–3, 2021, at the Hilton Washington DC in Rockville, MD (same hotel; yet another name). The GoHs were Eric Flint, Peter S. Beagle. Catherynne M. Valente (listed as "Special Returning Guest") was unable to attend. It hosted the 2021 "Ring of Fire" Con, which is presumably the 1632 Minicon. It was chaired by George Shaner.
Attendance was down from usual by a third, attributed to Covid-19.
