Camille “Caz” Cazedessus, Jr., a 1960s era Baton Rouge, LA-based fan, later lived in Colorado and New Mexico. He was editor and publisher of the fanzines ERB-dom (winner of the 1966 Best Fanzine Hugo), Fantasy Collector (after 1968), and Pulpdom.

He has published books as Opar Press and Rendezvous Books over the years.
