CONtraflow V (DeepSouthCon 53) was held October 2-4, 2015 in New Orleans, LA. [GoHs]] were Robert Sawyer, Les Johnson, Julie Dillon, and John Guidry. Robert Asprin was Memorial GoH. Additional guests who were not listed as "Guests of Honor" included Rick Norwood, Seanan McGuire, Diana Rowland, and Toni Weisskopf. Mark Van Name was Toastmaster.

CONtraflow also gave out its own awards: The Pro Fleur de Fan to Toni Weisskopf for her support of CONtraflow and the Fan Fleur de Fan to Area 51 for amazing room parties and to Walter M. Scott, a local fan and volunteer.
