Comicdom's Amateur Press Alliance, an apa for members of Comic-book Fandom. Its publication is titled KAPPA-alpha, or K-a. It was founded by Jerry Bails who ran it until early 1966 when he decided to gafiate (and threw the APA into turmoil.) It was still operating in 2022, though it had become entirely electronic.

CAPA-alpha's OE was called the "Central Mailer."
