Breezycon was an on-line replacement for Windycon 47 in 2020, which was cancelled due to COVID-19. Held the weekend that original con was supposed to be held, on November 13-15, 2020, the convention featured a music track and Discord channel that ran all three days. On-line gaming ran all three days via the Discord. A single track of programming featuring ten itens ran on Saturday only and featured Windycon 47 in 2020 (and Windycon 47 in 2021) guests of honor Seanan McGuire, Elizabeth Koprucki and Ray vanTilburg. The event was chaired by Windycon 47 in 2021 chair Evan Reeves.
