Boff Perry was an early fan living in Durham, NH of which not much is known. He was a member of Boston's Stranger Club, attended Boston V in 1945 (one of nine members!) and Philcon, the 1947 Worldcon. He was well-enough known in 1959 that Fancy 2 mentioned his possible home-made mimeo in AHMF. H ecreated an index to Vampire.
It is possible that he is the same person as Benson Perry who was active at the same time.
