Bill Donoho is a Bay Area fan, who was most active in the 1960s. He was a member of the Little Men and was part of the Metrocon 1 committee. He was one of the key players in San Francisco in '64 (which brought Pacificon II to the Bay Area). (He was also a key player in the failed Baycon II in '72 Worldcon bid.)
