Balticon 29 was a convention held at the Lord Baltimore and Omni Inner Harbor Hotels, Baltimore, MD, Easter weekend, April 14–16, 1995. The GoHs were James P. Hogan, David Cherry, and Tom Smith and the FGoH was Mike Walsh. Hal Clement was Special Guest.
