Balticon 24 was a convention held April 13-15, 1990 (Easter weekend) at the Hunt Valley Inn, in Hunt Valley, MD. The GoHs were Robin McKinley, Charles Lang, and Wendy Snow Lang.

The chairman was Sue Wheeler.

Josepha Sherman won the Compton Crook Award for The Shining Falcon. Elizabeth Moon was the previous year's winner.
