A hotel in Boston, MA, located directly across the street from the entrance to the Sheraton Boston. It was used as an overflow hotel for Noreascon Three in 1989, but more importantly its proximity, relatively small size and triangular shape permitted it to host Boxboro Fandom's 5-night Louis Wu's Birthday Party which took over the hotel's second floor to put on the party at Noreascon Three.
It also (rather awkwardly) hosted Smofcon 35 thirty years later.
