Eastercon 34, Albacon II, was held at the Central Hotel in Glasgow, UK over Easter Weekend (April 1-3) 1983. The GoHs were Marion Zimmer Bradley, Avedon Carol, and James White. They had narrowly beaten rival bid Metrocon.
The committee was John Allardice, Henry Balen, Jim Barker, Iain Dickson, Dave Ellis, Martin Hoare, Bob Jewett, Chris O'Kane, Doug McCallum, Mick Molloy, Frances Jane Nelson, Joan Paterson, Bruce Saville, Ian Sorensen, and Jean Thompson.
