A convention held in New York City on December 27-28, 1958. {Has this been confused with Fanarcon?} The secretary was Tom Conditt. (In Ground Zero #2 p14, the date was announced as October 12, 1958 at Werdermann's Hall in Manhattan.)

{But Forry Ackerman reported in Fanac #29 p4 that it was scheduled for early November and had been cancelled.}
