Joseph Zalmon Schaumburger was an American publishing executive who was a member of The National Fantasy Fan Federation (N3F) and the New Jersey Science Fiction Society (past president). He was active in FAPA and also belonged to the SAPS, ESFA, and ISFCC. He served in the army during World War II. {at age 15?}
