A Worldcon bid to hold the 2016 Worldcon in Beijing, China. The bid popped up suddenly just before the filing deadline in February 2014 and not much is known about it.
It lost to Kansas City in 2016 in voting conducted by Loncon 3. See 2016 Worldcon Site Selection for details.
