George R. Paczolt was a fan. He published Meeper Blue, chaired the Johnstown in 83 hoax bid for the Worldcon, and participated in costuming with his first wife, Sally Fink. He suggested an ongoing masquerade committee for Worldcons in The Kennedy Compendium (1981). In recent years, he has posted extensively on Quora on motorcycles, bicycling, and other subjects, including his past in sf fandom. He is a widower and lives in Virginia with several motorcycles and bicycles.
