Hints on Stencil Cutting was a 8-page one-shot fanzine published by John Newman and Ken Slater in the UK. It was billed as 'amateur magazine aid No. 1.' – it's unclear if there were any others but it seems not – and 'an Operation Fantast publication distributed by the Science Fantasy Society of Great Britain'. It is undated but is advertised in Science Fantasy News #3 (May/June 1949). The price was 6d.
